UTAH SUMMER

WILD FLOWERS

Imagine a perfect summer sunset on top of a mountain pass in the midst of a wild flower field.

Now picture yourself right in the middle of that scenery. And this will be the outcome of it!

Utah summers can be brutal- hot and dry, and hot.

So it is in the mountains where I always encourage all my couples to schedule their shoots.

Sometimes it requires a little hike into the unknown, a bit of breaking sweat, and maybe dusty shoes.

But isn't love all about an adventure into the unknown, side by side with the person you chose every day?

Isn't it all about exploring new places, learning new things about your partner and then discovering how beautiful the life is together?

I believe that's the essence of love.

And these mini sessions in the wild allow my couples to have fun together, be silly, think about their goals, their vision and their future together.

So, in the summer, we find fields of wild flowers (pictured balsam roots), mountain passes (Black Mountain Pass on top of East Canyon), and famous Utah sunsets.
